Amy Hemann:
Eb Alto Horn
Amy Hemann joined the band in 2010, playing the Eb alto horn. She currently resides in Macoupin County and plays the French horn in the Staunton and Carlinville Municipal bands as well as in the Blackburn College Community Band.
Amy began playing the flute at the age of 10 and started playing horn at age 14. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville with a Masters in Social Work. Amy currently enjoys singing and occasionally playing the hand bells in the St. Paul’s Church Choir.
